Customer came in with complaint of check charging system/battery displayed in cluster. There was a strong odor of sulfur/sulfuric acid from under the hood. Voltage gauge indicted about 13.4 VDC (VDC usually much higher). This is an image of the auxiliary battery. Note three cells are compromised, but worst one is at 223.7F, alternator was also very hot
